1. Grant of License

CRUCIBLE FABRICATION LLC ("Licensor") grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the photo(s) ("Content") for commercial purposes under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

The Licensee is permitted to use the Content in any format (digital, print, etc.) for commercial sale or distribution, subject to the sales limit specified in this agreement.

• The Licensee may sell or distribute a total of up to 250 units (combined sales in all formats) using the licensed Content.

3. Sales Limit

Upon reaching 250 units sold (collective total across all sales channels), the Licensee must either:

• Cease using the Content, or
• Purchase a Full License for continued use of the Content for the amount of $100 USD, payable to the Licensor.

4. Full License Purchase

• Once the Licensee pays the Full License fee of $100 USD, the sales cap is lifted, and the Licensee may use the Content without restriction on the number of sales.
• The Full License remains non-exclusive and non-transferable.

5. Prohibited Use

• The Licensee may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Content as standalone files or offer it in a way that allows third parties to use or reproduce the Content without purchasing their own license.
• The Content may not be used in any way that is defamatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful to third parties.

6. Attribution

Licensee is required to give credit to the Licensor (CRUCIBLE FABRICATION LLC) when reasonable and practical. This includes, but is not limited to, digital use where a credit line can be placed in product descriptions, websites, or metadata.

7. Termination

This License is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of the terms in this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately stop using the Content and destroy all copies of it in their possession.

8. Indemnity

The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CRUCIBLE FABRICATION LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from the use of the Content.

9. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Content and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
