Before design approval: Full refund – deposit returned in 24 hrs. After design approved & engraving started: No refund – material is cut, work is custom. Defect or error by us: 100% refund OR free redo (your choice). Customer changes mind post-start: 50% of total retained for time/material. Cancel/Claim: Text 719-717-5267 within 1 hr of approval. All engraving is final once laser runs.
